TURBOFLUID has customer specific facilities throughout Southern Africa. We have resident technical employees in the Cape Province, Mpumalanga and Rustenburg. Our workshops incorporate machine shops with boring, lathes and milling machines, slotting and drill presses etc. All fabrication/boiler making services are in house which include all types of welding, cutting and bending. Additional services include sand blasting, eco-friendly spray painting and laser alignment services.
REPAIRS
We offer repair services at each of our branches country wide and have fully equipped service workshops with highly skilled personnel. Our service centres have the latest machinery to cater for all possible repairs. We have dedicated technicians, welders, machinists and fitters offering total service repair capabilities.
FIELD SERVICES
For routine, maintenance, installation and start-up assistance, planned shutdown or complex repairs, we have the necessary skilled technicians to assist in the field.
UPGRADES
Comprehensive services with the latest materials and technology. Our Engineering Service offers significant reliability and performance gains. One unique service is the power end upgrade program for the hydro-carbon and chemical process industries.
FABRICATION & AUTOCAD DRAUGHTING
From conceptual design, through draughting and finalized fabrication to industry specific standards. TURBOFLUID boasts a team experienced in the manufacture of pump system solutions for API610 specifications, Chemical Process environments, Fire Fighting, municipal, various industrial and agricultural applications.
